2008 Columbia Valley Cabernet Sauvignon:
As always, our Cabernet Sauvignon’s backbone is comprised of Old Vine Sagemoor Cabernet (58%) which frames this wine with elegance and finesse. Filling in all the gaps is Cabernet from Artz Vineyard on Red Mt. (28%). Rounding out the blend is Merlot from Seven Hills Vineyard (14%). This 2008 version of our Columbia Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, is more earthy and complex than the 2007 and provides more tannic intensity in its youth.

Two fantastic Walla Walla Valley Vineyards were blended to create this classic WWV Syrah. Dwelley-Jones Vineyard provides tart fruit and cedary notes, while Mill Creek Vineyard fills out intense berry fruit. 2008 Walla Walla Valley Malbec:
A Tempus Cellars first, our smallest bottling yet and not to be available for too long! This Bordeaux varietal grabbed the spotlight with many Argentinean bottlings. Seeming to be the next big grape in Washington, we had to bottle some all by itself. Sourced from Spofford Station Vineyard on the Washington side of border with Oregon here in Walla Walla, this wine is intense! Lush red fruits are supported by violet notes and savory spices. This Malbec has enough structure to build a home on. 1 hour in the decanter will help greatly in the enjoyment of this wine.

2010 Evergreen Vineyard Riesling:
Inspired by Mosel Rieslings, our Evergreen Riesling should be served COLD and will remain aromatically expressive. On the nose, aromas of cut white peach and ripe apricot. On the palette, the wine finishes with crisp minerality and bright acidity. The slight residual sugar balances the vineyard’s high acid, while remaining crisp and very food friendly. The fermentation was carried out in a jacketed stainless steel tank and locked in at 53 degrees Farenheit for a durration of 81 days.

2007 Syrah-Grenache Blend:
Once again, our Syrah strings together the varietal's notes of meatiness, spiciness and floral components in harmonious balance. The 20% Grenache provides flavors of garrique (a French term for dried lavender) and raspberry freezer jam. On the palette, this wine is reminiscent of southern Rhone style wines.

2007 Cabernet Sauvignon:
This wine begins with classic Cabernet aromas—blackberries, cassis, ripe plum—with an undercurrent of sweet herbs and anise. On the palette, the wine is strong, but not overwhelming. The backbone of this wine, Old Vine Sagemoor Cabernet(1972 planting), frames this wine with elegance and finesse. The blending component, Klipsun Cabernet, provides structure and roundness. Two vineyard sources—each contributing their own trademark characteristics—while perfectly complimenting each other. A dollop of Merlot (just 14% of the blend) releases hints of muddled tarragon, rosemary and thyme.

2007 Seven Hills Vineyard Merlot:
Our Merlot provides textbook varietal characteristics of bright bing cherries and bittersweet chocolate, while expressing Seven Hills Vineyard terroir. The vineyard is defined by aromas of muddled savory herbs. At just 51 cases produced, this is our smallest production and our first vineyard designated wine. Seven Hills Vineyard is salmon safe certified—meaning any products used in the vineyard would not pose any threat to salmon from run-off water. Because of its medium weight, our Merlot would compliment poultry, pork or fish dishes.
Oak Profile: 100% French, 50% new Alcohol: 14.7% Production: 51 cases Price: $28/bottle $302/case

2009 Evergreen Vineyard Riesling:
